Objective

To present the development and results of the pilot of the Offline Digital Immunization Application, created within the framework of the project “Digital innovation for vaccination, disease prevention, and control in cross-border indigenous communities: Amazon-Andean proposal.” The goal is to show how the use of digital adaptation kits (DAKs) and the development of this tool facilitate the interoperability of health information systems, enabling the timely recording and use of data in areas with limited connectivity, thereby improving the monitoring of vaccination rates in hard-to-reach communities. In addition, a comparative analysis of its use in the field will be demonstrated.
